• For inquiries outside our delivery zones, please contact us before placing an order.
   

2. Delivery Timelines

• Same-Day Delivery: Available for select pin codes on orders placed before 4 PM.

• Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed after 4 PM will be delivered the next day.

• Standard Delivery Time: 1–2 business days (varies by location and product availability).

You will receive delivery estimates during checkout and updates via SMS/email after placing your order.

3. Delivery Charges

• Standard Delivery: ₹XX (free for orders above ₹XXX)

• Express Delivery: ₹XX (where applicable)

• Any shipping charges will be clearly mentioned at checkout before payment.

6. Missed Delivery / Redelivery
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery:

• Our delivery partner will contact you.

• A second attempt will be made at no extra cost.

• If delivery fails again, the order may be returned, and a redelivery fee may apply.

You will receive tracking information via SMS or email once your order is dispatched. You can also track your order status via your account dashboard on our website.
