1. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
You may request a refund or replacement in the following cases:

• You received the wrong item

• The product was expired, damaged, or leaking at the time of delivery

• Items are missing from your order

• The snack basket was not delivered as shown or described

To be eligible, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide:

• Your order number

• Photos of the damaged/incorrect product(s)

• Brief description of the issue

2. Items Not Eligible for Refund
We do not offer refunds or returns for:

• Items that were opened, consumed, or tampered with after delivery

• Delay in delivery due to incorrect address or unavailability of the customer

• Change of mind after placing the order

• Perishable items returned after 24 hours

3. Refund Process
If approved, your refund will be:

• Credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days

• OR issued as store credit or discount coupon, if you prefer

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may refund via UPI or bank transfer after confirmation.
4. Exchange or Replacement
We may send a replacement item free of charge in valid cases such as:

• Wrong product delivered

• Defective or broken item

Replacement is subject to product availability.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled within 30 minutes of placing them or before dispatch.

• Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
